Return & Exchange Policy

At Livora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and exchanges for furniture and home décor products purchased within Egypt.

Return & Exchange Period

Returns: within 14 days of delivery Exchanges: within 30 days of delivery

The period starts from the day after the order has been successfully delivered.

Eligibility Conditions

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All accessories, parts, and packaging must be included.
  • The original packaging must not be damaged.
  • A valid invoice or order number must be provided.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture items.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, scratches, or alterations.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or incorrect installation.
  • Requests made after the allowed return or exchange period.

Damaged or Defective Items (DOA)

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or missing parts, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos or videos showing the issue and your order number. We will arrange a replacement without additional shipping fees.

Shipping & Handling Fees

  • For change of mind or selecting a different size or item: the customer is responsible for return and re-delivery shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a defect or our error, Livora will cover all shipping costs.

Refund Method

  • Online payments: refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–14 business days after inspection and approval.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): refunds are processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet within 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Non-refundable logistics or service fees may be deducted if applicable.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Submit a request via: Provide your order number, reason for the request, and photos if necessary.
  2. Confirmation: Our team will send you instructions and a support ticket.
  3. Packaging: Please return the product with all accessories in its original packaging.
  4. Inspection: Once the item arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected within 2–3 business days.
  5. Final Resolution: We will process the exchange or refund accordingly and notify you with the details.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I open the package and still return the item?

You may carefully open the package to inspect the item and verify specifications. However, items that show signs of use or assembly may not be eligible for return.

Can custom furniture be returned?

Custom-made furniture or specially manufactured items cannot be returned unless a verified manufacturing defect is found.
